The newly developed MLEKC linear axis is protected by its encapsulated design against penetration of dust and fluids. Through the special sealing system and resulting hygienic design, the linear axis is excellently suited to food, medicine and clean room applications.

Material
The stable stainless steel base profile ensures high axis rigidity. All materials used are FDA approved.
Guide
Precise re-circulating ball bearing guide housed in rust-free design enables high moment acceptance and maximum operating speeds.
Sealing system
Dust and spray water protection via revolving sealing system. The design is similar to a shaft ring seal therefore it is pressure resistant and self-adjusting.
Covering
The closed system revolving toothed belt with integrated stainless steel sealing strip provides optimum protection from contamination.
Clean Design
Hygienically designed surfaces offer optimum ease of cleaning and prevents the accumulation of undesired contaminants.
Toothed belt tensioner
Sealed tensioning unit enables external manual tensioning of the toothed belt.
Fastening options
Position sensors in the CleanDesign can be fastened customer-specific along the linear axis.
